Free school meals

If you receive any of the following, your child may be eligible to receive free school lunches:

• Income Support
• Income Based Jobseeker Allowance (IBJSA)
• Employment & Support Allowance (Income Related) (ESA(IR))
• Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• Child Tax Credit (TC602)
• Guarantee Element of State Pension Credit (M1000 Award Notice)

The Orchard Primary School will receive funding from the government towards the cost of supplying eligible children with free meals. If you do meet the eligibility criteria, but do not want your child to receive free meals, please complete the form anyway as the school will benefit from the grant.
